Primetone, a company with more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, is looking for 2 responsible and committed cleaning professionals to join our team under subcontract, with continuous work availability.
Job Description:
The selected individuals will work under the direct supervision of a supervisor, who will be in charge of assigning and coordinating daily tasks according to the needs of each property.

Main responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparation of residential units between tenants
- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- General cleanliness of properties
- Support in different cleaning tasks according to the supervisor's instructions
- Maintain high standards of quality, order, and presentation in each work area
Additional responsibilities for male staff:
- Support in general cleaning work
- Garbage collection and disposal
- Cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the property
- Support in tasks that require greater physical effort
Profile we are looking for:
- Responsible, professional and detail-oriented person
- Commitment to the quality of work
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team
- Good attitude and willingness to fulfill assigned responsibilities
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred)
Working conditions:
- Home: August
- Opening hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Position available for men and women
