Temporary Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Temporary Maintenance Technician to work in a residential community of 275 apartments in Middletown, NJ.
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks (Starting this Monday)
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 30 minutes lunch (unpaid)
Payment:
- $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Attend to work orders from residents.
- Perform repairs and general maintenance of apartments.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Be available for after-hours emergency on-call during assignment.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
Requirements:
- Previous residential maintenance experience preferred.
- You must speak English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
