Primetone LLC is seeking responsible and hardworking individuals for Porter/Cleaning Staff positions in residential communities in the Downtown Hollywood, Florida area.

We are looking for people with a good attitude, energy and immediate availability to join our team.

• Full-time available
• Opening hours from Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Stable work
• Good work environment
• Possibility of growth
• Training available

Responsibilities:
• Pick up and take out trash
• Keep common areas clean
• Clean walkways, elevators, and entrances
• Assist with general light maintenance tasks
• Keeping the property clean and presentable

Requirements:
• Be punctual and responsible
• Have your own vehicle and valid license
• Be able to work legally in the United States
• Have ID and Social Security
• Experience is a plus, but not required
