Primetone is looking for a full-time Cleaner and Porter for a residential building in Philadelphia, PA. This position is key to maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

Opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
From 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Approximately 37–40 hours per week.

Cleaner Responsibilities:
-Cleaning and disinfection of common areas, corridors, amenities and bathrooms.
-Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and replenish supplies as needed.
-Interior cleaning of windows in common areas.
-Report any maintenance or safety issues.

Porter's Responsibilities:
-Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior and common areas of the building.
-Sweep and mop garbage rooms.
-Support with cleaning tasks throughout the property.
-Ensure that public areas are kept tidy and presentable.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in cleaning or as a porter is preferred, but not required.
-Ability to work independently and follow directions
Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented person.
-Reliable transportation required.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend over, and lift light to moderate weight.
