PRIMETONE is a fast-growing operations and facilities services company known for high-quality delivery, strong communication, and a culture of accountability. As we expand throughout Florida, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee projects across South & West Florida.

The Project Supervisor will oversee day-to-day project operations, ensure exceptional customer service, supervise subcontractors, gather accurate scope of work for proposals, and uphold PRIMETONE’s standards and culture across all assigned sites. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel daily between multiple locations.

    •    Oversee multiple projects across South & West Florida, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.

    •    Conduct frequent site visits to review job conditions, progress, and subcontractor performance.

    •    Supervise subcontractors to ensure they follow PRIMETONE’s cultural standards, work quality, and safety protocols.

    •    Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.

    •    Gather detailed scope of work, measurements, photos, and site conditions to support proposal creation and pricing.

    •    Identify issues proactively and take corrective action immediately.

    •    Ensure all work meets client expectations, project scope, and company quality standards.

    •    Provide daily/weekly updates, photo documentation, and progress reports to management.

    •    Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and scheduling adjustments.

    •    Enforce OSHA and company safety policies on all job sites.

    •    Support onboarding or training of new subcontractors or field personnel.

    •    Represent PRIMETONE professionally at all times.

    •    3+ years of experience in construction, property services, renovation, or field supervision.

    •    Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be able to travel daily between sites.

    •    Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) for effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

    •    Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills.

    •    Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

    •    Ability to gather scope of work, understand project requirements, and communicate details clearly to the office.

    •    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    •    Comfortable with apps, email, smartphone documentation, and basic reporting tools.

    •    $55,000 annual starting salary
